| 摘 要： | 从人格特征、现实状况和时代要求论述了人格教育的重要性。从作用、地位、最能等方面阐明了人格教育是高校图书馆服务育人不可或缺的重要组成部分，从提供高品位的文化食粮，营造高品位的精神境界，营造良好的人文环境，馆员言传身教等方面论述了高校图书馆实现人格教育的途径。

| Abstract: | From the angle of personality characteristics, an actual situation and age requirement, the paper has expounded the importance of personality education. From the angle of the role, position and function, the paper has pointed out that personality education is an indispensable and important component of university library service and education. The paper has expounded means of realizing personality education in university library in providing high quality cultural foodstuffs, constructing high quality spirit state, creating good humanity environment, teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction of librarian, ect. |
