Construction of the Meteorological Rainfall Database under the Network Environment Based on SYBASE

A technique was introduced,which was firstly setting up the communique and the reporting storehouse to the rainfall telegram according to the fixed form,then carrying on key element decipher and building up the key element technological method of storehouse after correcting error to go on to telegram content according to code form.The key element storehouse could be a single meteorological key element,then offered service of searching to users.
