家蚕氟中毒的皮肤病理组织学研究

摘    要:对家蚕氟中毒的皮肤组织进行显微镜观察和元素分析,搞清了氟中毒后蚕皮肤黑斑的形成机制。认为氟化物造成血球和真皮细胞坏死后沉积于表皮层,加之黑褐色颗粒状物的积集而形成黑褐色斑,含有高浓度氟化物的血液从此部位渗出于表皮。

Abstract:Through observation and analysis on the skin tissue of fluoride poisoned silkworms by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and x-ray, a clear understanding was achieved on the formation mechanism of blackish brown speck after the silkworms were poisoned by fluoride. We considered that the fluoride leads to the necrosis of blood corpuscle and dermal cell and then deposits in cuticula, resulting in the formation of blackish brown grain and ultimately forms blackish brown speck. Blood withhigh concentratien of fluoride permeate out of the epidermis through this position.
