丝瓜伤流液对果蔬几种病菌的抑制活性

摘    要:采用离体平板培养和活体接种试验,研究了丝瓜伤流液对辣椒灰霉、番茄早疫、苹果轮纹三种病菌的生物活性。结果表明,丝瓜伤流液对植物病原真菌具有较强的抑制作用。平板试验,体积分数为0.3的邯丝伤流液对三种植物病原真菌的抑菌率分别为 90.70%,36.97%,40.87% ;活体接种试验,体积分数为0.5的邯丝伤流液对辣椒灰霉病、番茄早疫病、苹果轮纹病的防治效果分别达到 73.60%、47.12%、42.84%。三种病原菌中,丝瓜伤流液对灰霉病菌的抑制效果最好。

Abstract:The in-vitro plate culture and in-vivo inoculation tests were conducted to study biological activities of bleeding sap of sponge gourd on pepper Botrytis cinerea, tomato Alternaria Solani and apple Glomerella cingulata. The results showed that bleeding sap had quite strong fungistatic activities on plant pathogenic fungi. The in-vitro plate culture indicated that the fungistatic rates of 0.3 volume fraction of HD bleeding sap(at the rate of medium ) on three plant pathogenic fungi were 90.70%, 36.97%,40.87%, respectively. The in-vivo inoculation tests indicated that the prevention rates of 0.5 volume fraction of HD bleeding sap on pepper Botrytis cinerea, tomato Alternaria Solani, and apple Glomerella cingulata were 73.60%, 47.12%, and 42.84%, respectively. The bleeding sap had the best fungistatic effect on Botrytis cinerea among the three pathogenic fungi.
