镧对小麦矿质元素N吸收及相关酶活性的影响

摘    要:以小麦幼苗为对象,研究稀土元素镧(La)对矿质元素N及与N代谢相关的酶活性的影响。研究结果表明:低浓度的镧均在不同程度上促进了小麦幼苗体内硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性的增强;高浓度时总是表现出抑制酶活性的作用。

Abstract:This experiment in the effect of the rare earth element La on enzyme activity,mineral nutrition elements N and N absorbtion of wheat was conducted.The relationships between them were also studied with the way of culture in water and combined with the analysis of indoors,to search for the relationships among rare earth elements,enzyme activity and mineral nutrition elements N absorbtion,using and distribution.The study results indicated that low dosage of La improved both NR and GS activity of wheat,but high dosages restrained them.
