摘    要:DNA干扰(DNAi)即含有与体内某一基因的cDNA相同序列的DNA链,在没有启动子诱发其表达的情况下导致细胞内序列特异的基因表达被抑制.DNA干扰可参与真核生物的抗病毒侵粢,阻断转座子的异常活动,调控基因表达等.随着RNA干扰技术缺陷的暴露以及人们对多种同源基因依赖性基因沉默的深入了解,DNAi有望成为最有潜力的基因干预治疗方法,并将在抵抗人类重大疾病和基因治疗方面发挥重要作用.
