梅山地区野山楂理化指标测定研究

摘    要:梅山地区野山楂(Crataegus cuneata Sieb.et Zucc)的理化指标测定提取采用对角线法取样测定楂果直径,鲜果重量,并求平均值,再求出核肉比,用烘干法烘干至恒重,测定楂果水份,反复灼烧楂果至恒重,测定楂果的灰分,采用2,6-二氯酸靛酚滴定法,测定其维生素C的含量,采用凯氏定氮法,测定楂果粗蛋白,采用斐林氏法,测定楂果的还原糖,采用火焰法测定楂果的微量元素,理化性质结果表明山楂果VC含量为75.35mg/100g,粗蛋白3.1%,还原糖含量为12.24%,Pb的含量为0.05mg/kg,Zn的含量为0.26mg/kg等微量元素都符合国家标准。具有很好的开发价值。

Abstract:By measuring and studying nutrient composition of Crataegus cuneata Siebet Zucc in the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River.We find all the trace elements in Crataegus cuneata Siebet Zucc agree with the national standard,including VC(75.35mg/100g),crude protein(3.1%),sugar(12.24%),Pb(0.05mg/kg),Zn(0.26mg/kg),which are measured by various ways-chemical and physical.
