3种沙棘花粉和叶鳞毛的比较研究

摘    要:采用电镜扫描法对中国沙棘、俄罗斯沙棘和蒙古沙棘花粉和叶鳞毛进行了比较研究。结果显示:中国沙棘花粉极面为三角形,俄罗斯沙棘和蒙古沙棘为三角圆形;中国沙棘和蒙古沙棘花粉赤道面为近圆形,俄罗斯沙棘赤道面为椭圆形;外壁表面纹饰中国沙棘和俄罗斯沙棘近于平滑,蒙古沙棘有皱波状;萌发孔类型均为三孔沟型。叶表面鳞毛较密,成层分布,盖住了叶表面。3种沙棘中中国沙棘叶鳞毛最密。上述特征表明沙棘属植物均具有极强的抗旱能力,且中国沙棘抗旱能力最强。

Studies on Pollen and Leaf Epidermis Piliferous Cell of 3 Seabuckthorns

Abstract:Pollen and leaf epidermis piliferous cell were observed with Scaning Electrion Microscope.The results showed that pollen polar of Chinese seabuckthorn is triangle and that of Russian and Mongolian seabuckthorn is triangle-boll.Pollen equator of Chinese and Mongolian seabuckthorn is suborbicular and that of Russian seabuckthorn is ellipse.Ektexine surface veins of Chinese and Russian seabuckthorn are approximate to smoothness,and those of Mongolian seabuckthorn have cockle undulance.Their tremata are all three-bore sulcus type.Leaf epidermis piliferous cell is rather dense,there are many layers of it and they cover the surface of leaves.Leaf epidermis piliferous cell of the three seabuckthorn are main peltate.Leaf epidermis piliferous cell of Chinese seabuckthorn is the thickest.These results indicated that structure foundation of drought-fighting and cold-resisting from seabuckthorn were founded and Chinese seabuckthorn has the strongest resistance against drought among the three seabuckthorn.It showed that seabuckthorn genus plants are of strong drought resistance.
