| 摘 要： | 本文应用同工酶凝胶电泳分离技术,比较分析了南瓜属3个栽培种9个品种的亲缘关系。结果表明中国南瓜是栽培南瓜种的主干,既与美洲南瓜接近,又与黑籽南瓜接近,而后两者亲缘关系则相距甚远。

| Abstract: | Nine eultivars in the cultivated species of cucurbita were clustered acorrding to their plant characteristics, and then their peroxidase, esterase and amylase zymogrames were analised with PAGE method. It is concluded that the result of zymogrames analysis and that from their plant characteristics comparison are identical essentially, that is, the cultivars in C.moschata are main branches related closely not only to ones in C.pepo but also to ones in C.ficifolia, while the relationship of later two is far apart. |
