| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明,杏鲍菇栽培应以棉籽壳为主料熟料栽培;栽培料装量应以每袋干料350 g为宜;菌袋周边打孔的接种方式能显著提高其产量和出菇品质;最佳栽培模式为半脱袋竖向畦栽,覆土至菌棒3/4处。

| Abstract: | The experimental results showed that Pleurotus eryngii should be cultivated with the composts mainly composed of cotton seed hull and the composts should be sterilized firstly before put into use.The optimal capacity per plastic bag was 300 g dry composts.The perforate inoculation surrounding the fungus bags could significantly increase the yield and quality of Pleurotus eryngii.And the optimal cultivation mode was to let the cultivation bag stand in the furrow with half of the plastic bag being taken off and 3/4 of the compost stick being covered with the casing soil. |
