摘    要:以鲫鱼鱼鳞作为原料,采用不同浓度的盐酸作为脱钙溶液,以0.5 mol/L乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液提取其胶原蛋白。单因素分析与正交试验结果表明:提取温度为12℃时,最佳提取条件为固液比1∶25,提取时间每次2 d,脱钙酸浓度为0.4 mol/L,脱钙时间3 h,胶原蛋白提取率为1.142%。

Abstract:Using hydrochloric acid with different concentrations as decalcification solution and the mixture of acetic acid and sodium acetate as buffer solution,the collagen was extracted from crucian fish scales.The univariate analysis and orthogonal test results showed that the extraction ratio was 1.142% under the optimal conditions: the ratio of solid to solvent as 1∶25,the extracting time as 2 days,the concentration of hydrochloric acid for decalcification as 0.4 mol/L and the decalcification time as 3 hours.
