地下水资源可持续开发利用的综合技术体系

摘    要:大规模开发利用地下水资源过程,伴随着水资源造福于人类,取得巨大社会经济效益的同时,也带来了种种环境生态负效应。地下水资源可持续发展观即在满足社会经济发展需要的同时,将地下水资源开发带来的环境生态负效应降到最低,达到保护地下水资源、长期持续开发利用地下水的目的。提出采用模型技术、地理信息系统技术、决策支持系统技术综合组装地下水资源可持续开发利用的技术研究体系。

Abstract:During the large-scale development and utilization of groundwater resources, groundwater brings great benefit to mankind, accompanied by all kinds of negative ecological environmental impacts simultaneously. The sustainable development concept of groundwater resources is to meet the requirements of social and economic development and minimize the negative ecological environmental impacts at the same time, in order to protect groundwater resources. In the paper, model technology, GIS and DSS are considered as the effective technical measures for the study on the sustainable development and utilization of groundwater resources.
