摘    要:为了解决储存大豆水分降低带来的数量减少问题,项目组结合东北地区大豆储藏的实际情况,研究开发了大豆保水储藏技术工艺,通过采取分阶段通风降温及平衡水分、适时排热散湿、粮面隔热压盖、膜下机械补冷环流均温、缓速通风均衡降温等技术措施,达到了安全储粮和保持水分的目的,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of weight reduction by moisture loss in the process of soybean storage, the project group researched and developed the technology of stored soybean's moisture retention combined the actual situation of soybean storage in Northeast China, by taking technical measures of grading aera- tion-cooling and equilibrium water content, lowering temperature and humidity, grain surface insulation cover, under--membrane circulation temperature with mechanical repair cold, slowly ventilation and bal- anced cooling, to achieve a safety storage and keeping moisture, obtain better economic and social benefits.
