水分胁迫对棉花叶片的影响

摘    要:用盆栽的方法研究了不同水分胁迫水平对棉花叶片叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量和叶面积、叶片全氮含量的影响。结果表明,随水分胁迫程度的增加,棉花叶片中的叶绿素含量有所下降,棉花叶片中游离脯氨酸的含量逐渐增加,棉花的单株叶面积也有所减少,叶片全氮含量下降。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of water stress on the contents of chlorophyll, dissociative proline and total nitrogen in cotton leaf and leaf area of cotton. The results showed that with the degree of water stress increased, the content of chlorophyll in cotton leaf decreased, the content of dissociative proline increased, the content of total nitrogen in cotton leaf decreased, and the leaf area of per trunk decreased also.
