震损水库大坝应急除险方案设计探讨

自“5.12”四川汶川特大地震以来,地震灾区有很大一部分始建于五六十年代的中小型水库出现险情,甚至溃坝。对于这些高危水库,若能提出一套周全的应急除险方案,就能避免很大的经济损失,还可以为以后的整治加固作铺垫。文章以作者参与设计的一些灾区震损水库作为典型,谈谈对于中小型水库大坝的震损应急方案的设计。希望以此可以推广到其他震损水库的应急除险方案设计中去。

A discussion about emergency plans for a dam damaged by earthquake

Since the "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake, a large part of little and medium-sized reservoirs which were built in the 1950s and 1960s in earthquake-stricken area was in danger, or even dam-break. For these high-risk reservoirs, if we can put forward a comprehensive emergency treatment options, we will avoid big economic losses, although it can pave the way for reinforcement. This article takes some reservoirs which the writer has been in design for typical to talk about the contingency plans for reservoirs by earthquake-damage. It’s hoped that this can be extended to other earthquake-damaged reservoir of risk-elimination of the contingency plans for the design study.
