刺槐育苗试验结果分析

采用切根及喷云大-120 处理对刺槐苗木生长的效果进行试验, 结果表明: 切根和喷云大- 120 能够促进刺槐苗木的生长; 切根、云大-120 处理及其交互作用, 对刺槐苗期生长有一定的影响; 在各处理中, 切根喷云大- 120 和不切根喷云大- 120 的效果较好, 其次是切根不喷云大- 120。不切根喷云大- 120 的苗高、地径、冠幅、茎叶鲜重、侧枝数、根长、根幅、根鲜重、主根发育明显的株数和根瘤等性状平均值分别比对照高77-80% 、13-89% 、29-97 % 、140-72 % 、353-33% 、24-63% 、6-23% 、105-54 % 、21-90 % 、34-78% 。

Results Analysis on the Experiment of Robinia pseudoacacia Cultivation

The experiment of root-cutting and spraying BR-120 to Robinia pseudoacacia shows both treatments can promote growth of the seedlings.Among various treatments,cutting roots with spraying BR-120,spraying BR-120 without cutting roots have the best effect, then cutting roots withowt spraying BR-120.In the treatment of spraying BR-120 without cutting, height, ground diameter,canopy, fresh weight of leaf and stem,number of lateral branches,length of roots,range of roots,fresh weight of roots,seedlings of well developed main roots and root nodule are 77 80%,13 89%,29 97%,140 72%,353 33%,24 63%,6 23%,105 54%,21 9% and 34 78%higher than those of the control respectively.
