摘    要:试验分析生根剂类型和浓度对柳叶马鞭草扦插生根的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的NAA和IBA都能显著提高柳叶马鞭草的扦插生根率和平均生根体积。NAA浓度≤800 mg/L时,生根率≥91.67%,平均根体积为36.07~54.79 cm3;随着IBA浓度的增加,生根率和平均根体积均随之下降;2种生根剂均表现为低浓度促进生根,高浓度抑制生根。两者相比较,NAA是一种更适合的生根剂。NAA 50 mg/L与IBA 50 mg/L组合在提高柳叶马鞭草扦插生根率和平均根体积方面有较优良效果,分别为100%和47.09 cm3

Abstract:Verbena bonariensis is a beautiful perennial flower with high ornamental value. Effects of NAA and IBA treatments on rooting of V. bonariensis cuttings were studied. Optimal concentration of NAA and IBA improved rooting rate and mean rooting volume significantly. NAA concentrations at 800 mg/L or lower was an optimal concentration for its rooting with 91.67% or higher rooting rates and 36.07-54.79 cm3 mean rooting volume. NAA was better than IBA for the rooting. The treatment of NAA concentration at 50 mg/L mixed with IBA had good rooting rate and mean rooting volume.
