雷公山濒危植物台湾杉群落主要乔木树种种间联结性研究

摘    要:台湾杉天然分布少,加之生境受到不同程度破坏,生态环境较为脆弱,其群落亟待保护与恢复。为全面准确地了解雷公山台湾杉群落种间联结特性,采用2×2列联表,χ2检验和W检验,结合共同出现百分率PC、联结系数AC和Spearman秩相关系数,分析雷公山国家级自然保护区典型台湾杉群落主要乔木树种种间总体关联性、种间联结性与种间相关基本特征。结果表明,16个主要乔木树种总体间关联性呈不显著负相关,各种群间对光照等资源竞争激烈,群落处于动态演替不稳定阶段。经χ2检验,群落中只有极少数种对存在显著关联,93.33%种对联结未达到显著水平。大部分种对联结系数和共同出现百分率都并不高,种对间相关性较弱,独立性相对较强。群落主要乔木树种间以负相关占明显优势,该群落的多数树种间仍存在对光照、养分等资源位的竞争。

Abstract:The growth environment of Taiwania cryptomerioidess was destroyed with different extents because of less natural distribution and the weaker ecosystem. The community needs to be protected and restored urgently. To have an overall and accurate understanding for their coupling characteristics among the T. cryptomerioidess community in Leigong Mountain, this paper adopted the 2×2 contingency table, χ2-test and W-test, combined with the percentage co-occurrence PC, coupling coefficient AC and Spearman correlation coefficient, the basic features of the overall relevance, combination and covariation for 16 major tree species in Leigong Mountain were analyzed. Not significantly negative correlations were generally observed among 16 species. Competitions were keen among populations for the resources, such as sunshine, the community was in an unstable stage of evolution. Through the χ2-test, it was found that significant interspecific associations existed only in a few species, most of them (93.33%) were not in significant level. The coefficients of interspecific associations were low, and the percentages of coexistence of two species were not high, indicating weak association and strong capability of independency of the species. The major species in the community had obvious predominance because of its negative covariance. Most species in the community still had intense competition such as lights and nutrients.
