麻核桃及普通核桃花粉营养成分含量对花粉生活力的影响

摘    要:以涞水县郭各庄村4个麻核桃品种和2个普通核桃品种的新鲜花粉为试验材料,测定了其花粉的生活力以及花粉中游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉的含量。结果表明:麻核桃花粉的生活力极低,平均仅为25.37%,普通核桃花粉生活力平均为97.58%,麻核桃花粉生活力极显著低于普通核桃。在花粉营养成分方面,麻核桃花粉游离氨基酸含量平均为0.63%,普通核桃花粉游离氨基酸含量平均为0.38%,麻核桃花粉游离氨基酸含量显著高于普通核桃;麻核桃花粉可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量分别为0.67%和5.65%,普通核桃花粉可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量分别为2.55%和12.4%,麻核桃花粉可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量均极显著低于普通核桃;麻核桃花粉淀粉含量平均为3.96%,普通核桃花粉淀粉含量平均为3.85%,二者之间淀粉含量无显著差异。

Abstract:The fresh pollens of four cultivars of Juglans hopeiensis and two cultivars of J. regia were used as materials to analyze the pollen viability, the contents of free amino acid, soluble protein, soluble sugar and starch. The results showed that the pollen viability of J. hopeiensis was extremely low, with an average value of 25.37%, however, it was 97.58% for J. regia. The content of free amino acid content for J. hopeiensis was 0.63%, 0.38% for J. regia. The content of soluble protein was 0.67% for J. hopeiensis, and 2.55% for J. regia. The soluble sugar content was 5.65% for J. hopeiensis, and 12.4% for J. regia. The starch content was 3.96% for J. hopeiensis, and 3.85% for J. regia, no significant difference.
