云龙箭竹纤维形态、化学成分及用作造纸原料可行性研究

摘    要:采用化学成分分析和形态解剖观测的方法,对云龙箭竹的化学成分与纤维形态进行了研究。结果表明,云龙箭竹的灰分为1.34%,SiO2含量为0.29%,木质素含量为23.74%,苯醇抽提物为3.80%,综纤维素含量为69.05%;在纤维形态特征方面,云龙箭竹的纤维平均长度为1.61 mm,宽度为16.36 μm,长宽比为105.69,细胞壁壁厚为6.80 μm,细胞腔径为2.77 μm,壁腔比为9.38;从造纸原料的要求上看,云龙箭竹的综纤维素含量较高,灰分及SiO2含量较低,木质素和苯-醇抽提物含量中等,纤维长度中等,但纤维细胞壁腔比较高,属于劣等纸浆原料。

Abstract:Chemical components and fiber morphologies of Fargesia papyrifera and the feasibility to use it as a paper making material were studied. The contents of ash, SiO2, ligin, toluence-alcohol extractive, and holocellulose were 1.34%, 0.29%, 23.74%, 3.80%, and 69.05%, respectively. In terms of fiber morphologies, the fiber length, width, length to width ratio, fiber wall thickness, fiber lumen diameter, ratio of fiber wall thickness to diameter were 1.61 mm, 16.36 μm, 105.69, 6.80 μm, 2.77 μm, and 9.38, respectively. In the views of the demands for paper making material, F. papyrifera contains higher holocellulose, lower ash and SiO2, and its lignin and toluence-alcohol extractive and fibre length were in medium levels. High ratio of fiber thickness to diameter indicated that it is a inferior paper pulp raw material.
