摘    要:稻瘟病菌不同生理小种毒素对水稻愈伤组织的生长具有抑制作用,并降低愈伤组织的成活率。猪瘟病菌毒素对水稻愈伤组织的毒害作用,可通过超微结构观察到,随毒素处理时间的延长,受害程度趋于严重。可引起水稻愈伤组织细胞质壁分离、线粒体双层膜与嵴模糊、线粒体空泡化、质膜断裂等受害情况。不同抗性品种表现出不同的受害程度,感病品种较抗病品种对稻瘟菌毒素敏感,细胞结构受破坏较重。

Abstract:Toxin from different physiological races of P. grisea could inhibit the growth of the calli and decrease the survival rate of the calli. Through ultrastructural observation, toxin had detrimental effect to the calli of rice. With the extension of treatment time, the damage tended to be serious. Toxin could caused plasmolysis, the vacuous mitochondrion and plasmalemma breakage etc. Moreover, different resistant cultivar (cv.) showed different state. Susceptible cv. was mere sensitive to toxin than resistant cv., so its structure was affected seriously,
