葡萄白腐病毒素研究

摘    要:本文通过对葡萄白腐病毒素研究,明确了该菌经培养后可产生毒素物质,粗提纯后,该毒素在278nm处有吸收高峰,初步推测该毒素可能是一种蛋白质;将毒素用针刺法接种叶片,可产生和病原菌相似的症状,说明毒素是白腐病致病的一个重要因子;经超微结构观察表明,毒素可使寄主组织的细胞壁变薄或消失,叶绿体膜或线粒体膜破裂,内部组织崩解、细胞内原生质流失或凝集,各种细胞器分辨不清。

Abstract:The grapevine white rot pathogen was studied. The crude toxin was presumed as a protein-containedsubstance, because it had a absorption peak at 278nm. Similar symptoms were formed in the leaves inoculatedwith the toxin and pathogen, suggesting that the toxin was an important pathogenic factor in white rot disease.According to ultrastructure observation of toxin-treated grapevine leaves, the toxin could make host cell wallthin and be damaged.The membrance of chloroplasts and mitochondria in treated trssues were broken, the cytoplasmwas exuded or agglutinated, making organelles was indistinct.
