摘    要:RE是沈阳农业大学最新研制出的植物生长调节剂与酶活性物质复合剂,它以高效成膜剂携带方式包衣玉米种子,玉米种子干后播种。结果表明,该制剂有抑制玉米苗期地上部伸长生长,缩短叶片、叶鞘长度,促进地下生长,根数增长和增多,长度根冠比与重量根冠比增加的效果。扫描电镜观察显示该制剂处理的玉米叶鞘机械组织增强,输导组织发达,透射电镜观察,显示该制剂处理的玉米叶绿体中基粒数量增加。研究结果还表明,用RE包衣剂处理玉米种子,可使玉米穗粒重和百粒重增加,增产达10.3%。

Abstract:RE, a composite of plant growth regulators and trace elements,was used to coat the maize seeds after carried by high polymers. The results showed that the root number, length and weight of maize seedlings were increasedin the typalments with RE, whereas the elongation of leaf sheaths and leaves were shortened. The obervation underscanning electrical microscope (SEM) indicated that mechanical mechanical tissue leaf sheaths was strengthened andtransportation tisue Was more developed. And the number of chloroplast grana increased compared with CK underthe obervation of transaction etectrical microscope (TEM). Moreover the weight of grains per ear increased as wellas the yield by 10.3%.
