电磁弹射式森林消防炮的研究

摘    要:研究了电磁弹射式森林消防炮的基本结构和控制方式,对其建立数学模型,并利用Maxwell2D电磁场有限元分析软件对该模型进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在设定的结构参数和控制方式下,电磁弹射式消防炮模型具有良好的动态性能。另外,探讨了电磁弹射式森林消防炮中直线电机动子的侧向力对消防炮结构产生的影响,以及动子永磁体的退磁问题。

Abstract:The basic structure and control system of electromagnetic launcher for forest fire control were figured out, and then its mathematical model was built up.Finally, the launcher' s model was simulated and analyzed by a software Maxwell2D, which was used for the finite element analysis (FEA).The results showed that the model had a good dynamic performance in the conditions of given structural parameters and control system.In the process of analysis, the effects of the lateral force caused by moving part on the whole structure and the demagnetization of permanent-magnet were also explored in this study.
