| 摘 要： | 将引进的ARV S1133株强毒在SPF鸡胚上传1代,对E2代种毒进行了病毒含量和对雏鸡的毒力测定试验,结果表明,E2代ARV S1133株病毒含量≥105.9EID50/0.2 mL.对3～7周龄雏鸡的半数感染量≥104.16～4.18/0.1 mL,ARVS1133株强毒毒力符合要求,可以作为强毒攻毒株.

| Abstract: | Avian Reovirus（Strain S1133） was passaged on the SPF chichen embryo.Virulence to the SPF chichens was identified and contents were tested for the passage 2.The results showed that passage 2（Strain S1133） contained more than 105.9EID50/0.2 mL and 104.16～4.18CID50/0.1 mL.It complied with the requirements as a challenge strain. |
