| 摘 要： | 计算机监控系统是水电站运行管理的重要组成部分，它使电站的自动化程度与经济效益得到提高，增加其运行的可靠性与稳定性。介绍水电站计算机的类型、结构模式，阐述监控系统的设计原则，分析大、中、小型水电站计算机监控系统存在的问题，并提出相应的解决办法。
