摘    要:提出了柴油机燃用甲醇的组合燃烧法,即在容易产生醛类有害排放的低负荷工况采用柴油,而中大负荷工况采用柴油和甲醇共燃的方式,达到柴油机清洁燃用甲醇的目的。试验结果表明,采用组合燃烧方式,不仅在燃烧甲醇时避免了醛类排放高的问题,而且使柴油机的碳烟和NO2排放大为降低。

Abstract:Conventional method of using methanol as the alternative fuel for diesel engine may lead to high level of aldehydic matter and unburned hydrocarbon emissions at low load conditions, due to its high latent heat. A compound combustion theory was established, which used diesel fuel only at low load and warm up operation conditions, diesel fuel together with methanol homogeneous mixture at middle or high load, to burn methanol cleanly in diesel engines. The experimental results showed that the theory provided a realistic way to utilize methanol as an alternative fuel for diesel engine as well as reduce the soot and NO_x emissions from diesel engines.
