河北省农业用水的经济规律研究

水资源缺乏对经济发展与人民生活造成极大的威胁,揭示农业用水的经济规律对农业用水政策的制定起到一定的借鉴作用。通过数据现状分析发现,2003~2007年近5 a河北省农业用水量在历史低位变化,但单位播种面积用水量却呈上升趋势,单位农村家庭人均收入折合的农业用水量保持稳定下降趋势。通过对河北省农村居民人均年收入和人均地区生产总值与农业用水量的函数关系研究发现,常用的拟合函数和二次对数函数对Kuznets曲线的拟合效果一般。

Study on the Economic Law of Agricultural Water in Hebei Province

The shortage of water resources was endangering the economic development and people＇s living. The revealing of economic law of agricultural water played a certain reference role in policy formulation of agricultural water. The agricultural water consumption in Hebei Province from 2003 to 2007 changed in the historical low point, while the water consumption per unit sown area showed an increasing tendency, and the agricultural water consumption converted by per capita income of rural household decreased steadily. Based on the study on the functional relationship among the per capita net income of rural household, per capita GDP and agricultural water consumption in Hebei Province, the common fitting function and logarithmic function on had common fitting effects Kuznets curve.
