| 摘 要： | 师生关系是影响大学生成才的重要因素之一。良好的师生关系就像催化剂,它能促进教师个人魅力的辐射和渗透,促进教师高质量授课。同时也能激发学生的创新灵感,主动表达思想,形成交往互动,顺利达到教育目的。本文通过对当前高校师生关系现状的研究,寻找到构建良好师生关系的突破口和改善对策,这一研究成果对促进大学生健康地成长成才具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | Under the!situation of higher education's great development ,the teacher-student relationship is one of the most important factors that affects college students' healthy development .Good teacher-student relationship is just like catalyst fostering the radiation and penetration of teachers'personal charm and their high quality lecture.Meanwhile ,it can stimulate the students'innovative inspiration,express the thought voluntarily,form the association interdynamically,and reach the educational purpose successfully.The paper studys on current situation of the higher school teacher-student relationship,finding the breach of constructing the good teacher-student relationship and taking action.It has an important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting t college students' healthy development |
