| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来在食品中农药残留分析的样品前处理技术领域中得到迅速发展和广泛应用的固相萃取法、固相微萃取法、加速溶剂萃取法和超临界流体萃取法等几种样品前处理技术,并提出了农药残留检测前处理技术的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the sample pretreatment methods including Solid-Phase Extraction,Solid-Phase Micro-Extraction,Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Supercritical Fluid Extraction for the analysis of pesticides in foods in recent years and puts forward the development trend in the sample pretreatment of pesticide residues determination in future. |
