摘 要: | [目的]分析日本晚樱叶挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取日本晚樱叶挥发油中的挥发油,用GC-MS对其化学成分进行分析。[结果]从日本晚樱叶挥发油中鉴定出37种成分,占挥发油总量的93.04%,以醛、酯、醇类为主,含量最高的成分为苯甲醛(57.00%)。[结论]日本晚樱叶挥发油含有多种生物活性成分,可进一步开发利用。

Abstract: | [Objective] To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from leaf of Prunus lannesiana Wils.by GC-MS.[Method] Volatile oil from leaf of P.lannesiana was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.[Result] Thirty-seven compounds,which occupied 93.04% of total constituents,were identified from volatile oil.The aldehydes,esters,and alcohols were dominant components and the content of benzaldehyde was the highest in the volatile oil.[Conclusion] The volatile oil containing many bioactive constituents could be further developed and utilized. |
