摘    要:为了探讨苯胺黑药废水的生物降解效果及其降解机理,采用SBR工艺对模拟苯胺黑药废水进行了小试处理研究,并采用高效液相色谱对处理过程中的中间产物进行了分析。试验结果表明,该小试工艺经过40 d的启动调试基本达到稳定运行,具有比较好的苯胺黑药处理效果,COD去除率达到64.3%,苯胺黑药的降解率为93.4%,有望用于含该类污染物的矿山浮选废水的处理。降解过程中pH从5.83升到6.60再降到6.17,其变化可能是降解过程中生成的硫氰根离子和苯胺引起的;苯胺黑药在生物降解过程中生成两种主要一级产物:苯胺和1种在好氧条件下难被生物降解的物质,该物质是造成出水COD值较高的主要原因,苯胺最终被进一步生物降解掉。

Treatment of Aniline Aerofloat Wastewater with SBR System and Its Biological Catabolic Mechanism

Abstract:The degradation of amino-dithiophosphate by bacterial consortia was investigated under SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor)system which had been domesticated with pure culture in laboratory condition for 40 days.The results indicated that,the SBR system showed some biodegrability for amino-dithiophosphate,with 64.3% of COD and 93.4% of amino-dithiophosphate being removed.The pH changed from 5.83 to 6.60,then decreased to 6.17,which would be due to HS-and aniline generated during the biodegradation process.Intermediate products were identi?ed by high performance liquid chromatography,aniline and the other unidentified organic have been identified as the major intermediate products,aniline would be biodegraded and the unidentified organic was the reason of high COD value in effluent.
