丹参超微粉和细粉中丹酚酸B的溶出度研究

摘    要:[目的]考察并比较丹参超微粉和细粉中丹酚酸B的溶出特性。[方法]以桨法制备供试品溶液,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B含量,计算丹参超微粉和细粉的溶出量和溶出速率。[结果]丹参超微粉和细粉中丹酚酸B体外溶出量无显著性差异,超微粉的溶出速率较细粉明显增加。[结论]超微粉碎不会影响丹酚酸B的体外溶出量,但可明显提高其溶出速率。

Exoteric Dissolution of Salvianolic Acid B in Ultra-micro and Fine Power of Salviae miltiorrhiza

Abstract:[ Objective ] To investigate the exoteric dissolution of salvianolic acid B from the ultra-micro and fine powder .of Salviae miltiorrhi- za. [ Method] The paddle method was applied to prepare test sample solution, HPLC techniques were used to detect the dissolution amount and the dissolution rate of salvianolic acid B from ultra-micro and fine powder of Salviae miltiorrhiza. [ Result] There was not statistically sig- nificant difference between two powder of Salviae miltiorrhiza in dissolution amount. Compared with fine powder, the dissolution rate of ultra- micro powder of Salviae miltiorrhiza was increased obviously. [ Conclusion] The ultra-micro porphyrization could not influent the dissolution a- mount of salvianolic acid B in Salviae miltiorrhiza. But it could improve the dissolution rate of salvianolic acid B.
