摘 要: | [目的]建立HPLC同时测定葛根中葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元含量的检测方法。[方法]HPLC色谱条件为:C18柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长250 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,进样量10μl。[结果]在测定范围内,葛根中葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元混合对照品的线性关系良好。[结论]该方法可为葛根的质量控制及综合开发提供参考。

Abstract: | [ Objective ] The study aimed to develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of puerarin, daidzin and daidzein in roots of Puerarin lobata. [ Method ] HPLC chromatographic conditions were as follows: C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol - 1% HAc solu- tion ( gradient elution) , detection wavelength of 250 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 30℃ and injection volume of 10 μl. [ Result ] Puerarin, daidzin and daidzein in roots of P. lobata showed good correlation in determining range. [ Conclusion ] This method provided reliable support for quality control and synthetic development of Puerarin lobata. |
