摘 要: | 目的]对一株产多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的海洋细菌进行筛选及鉴定。方法]以东海海域采集的鲭鱼、鮟鱇鱼、小黄鱼和虾的肠道为样品,从中筛选产PUFA的海洋细菌,并对其进行生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析。结果]试验共筛选出8株菌株,其中P4菌株的PUFA产率较高。常规生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析结果显示,P4菌株是芽孢杆菌属的一个种。结论]P4菌株具有高产PUFA性质,可用于脂肪酸的提取和开发利用。

Screening and Identification of One Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids-Producing Marine Bacteria Strain |

Abstract: | Objective]The paper was to screen and identify a polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) producing marine bacteria strain. Meth- od]The PUFA - producing marine bacteria was screened by using intestines of mackerels, angler fish, little yellow croaker and shrimp from the East China Sea as samples, and physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis were done. Result] 8 strains were screened and the P4 strain had higher yield. Physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed, P4 strain was a kind of bacteria in the genus Bacillus. Conclusion] P4 strain with high - yield PUFA property could be used for the extraction and utilization of fatty acids. |
