摘    要:[目的]筛选一株甲烷氧化菌,并对其生理特性进行研究。[方法]从河南新乡卫河沿岸土壤中分离筛选甲烷氧化菌,对其碳源利用及生长性能进行研究。[结果]该菌能以甲烷为唯一碳源生长,为革兰氏阴性菌,生长周期为7 d。该菌也能利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖,并发现甲醇这一中间代谢产物对甲烷氧化菌的生长有明显的促进作用。[结论]甲烷氧化菌是一种高效降解甲烷的细菌,因此可以应用于微生物处理甲烷或煤层附着瓦斯,为微生物治理煤矿瓦斯、保护大气环境提供基础。

Separation and Identification of Methanotrophs and Study on Its Physiological Characteristics

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to screen a methanotroph and study its physiological characteristics.[Method] Methanotroph was separated from soil on the bank of Wei River in Xinxiang City,Henan Province,and its characteristics of taking advantage of carbon source and its physiological characteristics were studied.[Result] This bacterium could grow with methane as the sole carbon source.Its growth period was about 7days as a gram negative bacteria.Methanotrophs could take good advantage of glucose,sucrose and maltose as well.Methanol played an important part in promoting the growth of methanotrophs as an intermediate metabolite.[Conclusion] Methanotrophs could take advantage in high effcient.So the bacteria could be applied to dealing with gas and gas in coal,which could provide a foundation for abating the gas in coal and protecting the atmosphere with microorganism.
