摘    要:[目的]建立HPLC法测定不同产地及不同药用部位延龄草中延龄草皂苷B2、B1、B3的含量。[方法]以UItimateXB-C18(4.6mm×150 mm,3μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(10%~100%梯度,0~50 min),检测波长为203 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃。[结果]延龄草皂苷B2、B1、B3分别在0.1~2.0 mg/ml(R=0.999 6)、0.05~2.0 mg/ml(R=0.999 4)、0.05~3.5 mg/ml(R=0.998 9)范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.8%(RSD=1.19%)、102.6%(RSD=1.62%)和101.5%(RSD=2.38%)。不同产地及不同药用部位中延龄草皂苷B2、B1和B3的含量差异较大。[结论]该测定方法简便、准确、重现性好,可有效地评价不同产地及不同药用部位延龄草药材的质量。

Determination of Three Kinds Saponins of the Different Habitats and Different Medicinal Parts in TRILLII RADIX ET RHIZOMA

Abstract:[ Objective ] To establish a HPLC method for determination of Trilliun saponins B2, B1 , B3 of the different habitats and different medicinal parts in TRILLII RADIX ET RHIZOMA. [ Method] Elite UItimate XB-C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm x 150 mm, 3μm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water( 10% - 100% gradient, 0 -50 min) , the detection wavelength was 203 rim, the flow speed was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was 30℃. [ Result] Under this condition, Trilliun saponins B2, B1, B3 got good separa- tion, their concentration in the 0.1 - 2.0 mg/ml ( R = 0. 999 6 ), 0. 05 - 2.0 mg/ml ( R = 0. 999 4), 0.05 - 3.5 mg/ml ( R = 0. 998 9 ) rang and their peak areas were in good linear relationship respectively, the average recovery of this method was 97.8% (RSD = 1.19% ), 102.6% ( RSD = 1.62% ), 101.5% ( RSD = 2.38% ). Different habitats and different medicinal parts of Trillium saponins B2, B1, B3 of contents were great difference. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and effective evaluation of different habitats and different medici- nal parts of the quality standard of TRILLII RADIX ET RHIZOMA.
