| 摘 要： | 根据新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养目标的要求,构建生物化学实验技能多维度考核体系。通过整合考核内容、优化考核项目,量化考核指标和分类考核管理4个方面践行多维度考核体系,学生的实践操作能力和科研思维明显增强。实验技能多维度考核体系的建立明显提高了的教学质量,提升了学生的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | According to newly-established local undergraduate colleges personnel training target requirements, multidimensional evaluation system of biological chemistry experiment skills was constructed. Through integration of evaluation content, optimization of the assessment pro- ject, quantitative evaluation index and classification assessment management, students＇ practical ability and scientific thinking was significant- ly enhanced. The establishment of experimental skill multidimensional evaluation system obviously improves teaching quality and raise students＇ employment competitiveness. |
