鄂东地区水稻“籼改粳”雏议——以鄂东地区蕲春县为例

粳稻米品质一般优于籼稻米,同时,出米率比籼稻高5个百分点以上,经济效益显著。鄂东地区是全国重要的商品粮基地,水稻是粮食生产的重头戏。加快粳稻特别是粳型"绿色超级稻"(少打农药、少施化肥、节水抗旱、优质高产)的发展是进一步做强鄂东地区水稻产业、促进农民增收的重要举措之一。但是,因各种条件的制约,鄂东地区水稻"籼改粳"仍需时日。论述了鄂东地区发展"籼改粳"的自然优势、客观条件,并提出建议。

Preliminary Discussion on Rice Indica Change to Japonica in Eastern Hubei

The quality of japonica rice is generally better than Indica rice. At the same time, the rice yield is higher than Indica more than 5 percentage points with significant economic benefits. The eastern part of I-Iubei Province is the country＇ s major grain production base, rice is the highlight of food production. Accelerating japonica rice, especially japonica ＂green super rice＂ （less pesticide and less fertilizer, water conservation and drought resistance, high-quality and high-yield） is one of the stronger rice industries in eastern Hubei, an important measure to increase farmers＇ income. However, due to the constraints of the various conditions, the eastern Hubei rice Indica change to japonica ＂still needs time. The natural advantages, objective conditions for developing Indica change to japonica in eastern Hubei Province were discussed, and several suggestions were put forward.
