摘    要:采用室内盆栽模拟试验,研究不同浓度镉污染对紫茉莉根际土壤理化性质、土壤微生物生物量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着镉处理浓度的升高,紫茉莉根际土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷含量逐渐上升,其中全氮和全磷上升趋势显著;土壤微生物生物量碳、氮和磷则呈现出下降趋势,其中生物量氮下降趋势显著。酶活性研究结果表明,随着镉处理浓度的升高,除了多酚氧化酶活性上升外,其余5种酶活性均呈现出下降趋势,其中精氨酸脱氨酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、天冬酰胺酶下降趋势显著。由此可知,镉污染对紫茉莉根际土壤微生物生物量和酶活性均产生一定的抑制作用。

Effects of Cadmium Pollution on Rhizoshpere Soil Biological Characteristics of Mirabilis jalapa

Abstract:The effects of cadmium (Cd) pollution on the soil physico-chemical properties, soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities of Mirabilis jalapa at the rhizosphere zones were studied by using indoor potted experiment. The results showed that soil organic C, total N, total P content increased with the increase of Cd concentration, and total N and P increased significantly. Soil microbial biomass C, N and P de- creased with the increasing contents of Cd, and biomass N decreased significantly. Along with the Cd concentration increased, enzyme activi- ties showed a trend of decline except polyphenol oxidase, in which arginine deaminase, acid phosphatase, catalase and asparaginase decline significantly. The results indicated that the Cd pollution had inhibitory effect on microbial biomass and enzyme activities on rhizosphere soil of Mirabilis jalapa.
