猴头菌不同菌株降解力与产量关系的研究

摘    要:对猴头菌3个菌株在菌丝长满袋,第一、二潮菇采收后,基物失重、纤维素和木质素的减少率与产量进行了测定,结果表明:H05菌株对基物降解力最强,子实体转化率也高,8406次之;8413菌株最差。用通径分析表明,基物通过纤维素的降解直接影响子实体产量,随纤维素的含量减少,产量逐步提高,而木质素的降解与菌丝生长速度和生长量关系密切。

Abstract:Measurements in weight loss of substratum and decreasing rates in cellulose and lignin were made in 3 strains of Hericium erinaceus after mycelium full of the bags as well as after the first and second harvesting. The results showed that strain H05 had the strongest degradation effect upon Substratum with high rate of transformation of fruiting body is train 8406, the next and strain 8413 the poorest one in both degradation and transformation. Path analysis shows that substratum directly affects yields of fruiting body through degradation of cellulose. With cellulose decreasing,yields increased gradually. In addition, the degradation of lignin was closely related with mycelium-growing rate and yields.
