摘    要:某型号推土机经常发生传动轴系失效问题,本文从扭转共振方面入手对此问题进行了深入分析,建立了传动系统的三维动力学仿真模型,分析了传动轴系上扭转减振器的弹簧刚度以及内燃机飞轮转动惯量对系统自振频率的影响,为有效地避免轴系因扭转共振产生破坏失效提供理论依据。

Abstract:An failure analysis on torsional vibration for drive system of bulldozer has been conducted.The three-(dimensional) dynamic model of the drive system was formulated,and the spring stiffness of torsional vibration damper and the effect of rotary inertia of engine flywheel on the natural vibration frequency of system were analyzed.The results also provided theoretical data to avoid system sympathetic vibration effectively.
