| 摘 要： | 土地利用总体规划实施评价,是为了全面分析规划实施效果,促进有关地方落实规划目标、任务和各项措施,同时通过总结正反两方面的经验,提出改进规划工作的对策建议,作为编制规划和加强规划实施管理的基础和依据。通过对《石家庄矿区土地利用总体规划(1997-2010)》实施进行评价研究,分析矿区土地资源利用现状特点,优化土地利用结构,提高节约集约利用土地资源,为编制新一轮土地利用总体规划打下基础。

| Abstract: | The implementation evaluation of land use general planning aims to analyze the related comprehensive effects,promote the implementation of the objectives,assignments and measures.On the basis of summing up the positive and negative experiences,the measures are proposed as the basis of the improvement of further compilation and management.The implementation of Land Use General Planning of Mining Area in Shijiazhuang from 1997 to 2010 is evaluated.The status of land use in Jingxing mining area is analyzed to optimize the land use structure,improve the land use efficiency,and lay a foundation for the next round land use general planning. |
