茶树花粉形态的演化趋势

对原始型、过渡型、进化型共计１５份茶树种质资源的花粉形态进行了观测。根据不同进化类型茶树资源间花粉形态的差异，认为茶树花粉大小及Ｐ／Ｅ值有由大向小变化的趋势，同时Ｐ与Ｐ／Ｅ呈直线正相关，相关系数为０．８４９９，因此，花粉的Ｐ／Ｅ值用于探讨茶树的起源和演化具有一定的意义；花粉表面纹饰由光滑型向粗糙型演化；花粉萌发孔由沟形向梭形、椭圆形或长方形演化，有的孔使沟在赤道部位变成二个沟，形成了更为特化的结构

Study on the Evolution Route of Tea Pollen Morphology

The pollen morphology from various evolutionary stages including the primitive,the intermediate and the evolved of 15 tea germplasm materials was investigated.Based on the morphological differences in the pollens of tea germplasm materials from various evolutionary stages,the pollen size and the P/E value decreased in the course of the evolution,and a linear correlation (r=0 8499) existed between the P value and the P/E value.The P/E value was suggested to be used to probe the origin and evolution of tea plants.The surface ornamentation of the pollen evolved from the smooth to the coarse.The form of the aperture evolved from the colpate to the rhombus,the oval and the rectangled.
