| Abstract: | The writer made brief comments on Yong Manran’s expedition for old Mei trees in China in four years. Yong’s book %Series Paintings of Ancient Mei Trees in China% is ready to be published now. The writer reviewed Young's expedition and his paintings from the following view points: expanding and developing national civilization, expedition with enthusiasm, painting Mei old trees with heart and soul, and drawing old Mei with powerful strokes and deep artistic conception. |
