梨病毒病研究新进展

摘    要:综述了梨病毒病的研究进展,包括梨病毒的主要种类、分类地位、生物学及分子生物学特性、株系区分特征与研究现状、检测方法和脱毒技术。现有研究认为,以RT-PCR技术为基础发展的分子生物学方法,结合较成熟的ELISA实验及有效的指示植物作为梨病毒鉴定及株系区分的依据更准确;建立三者相结合的检测体系将可提高梨病毒检测的灵敏度、缩短检测时间;热处理、茎尖培养、化学制剂处理及其联合应用为梨病毒脱除提供了有效途径。

Abstract:This review briefly introduces the progress and trends of pear virus research, including the species of pear viruses and their taxonomy, biochemical and molecular biological properties, characteristics of their different strains, the techniques of virus detection and elimination. The research showed that it would be more accurate in the identification of virus and facilitate the development of a rapid, sensitive detection technique by combining the methods of biology, ELISA and molecular bi-ology.Using thermotherapy, meristem culture and chemical preparation may provide effective ways for obtaining virus-free materials of pear.
