| 摘 要： | 以生态经济学理论为基础,依据循环经济的理论内涵、原则和主要目标,构建了区域循环经济发展评价指标体系。借助于信息工程学中的＂熵＂的概念,采用熵值法确定指标权重,从该体系中的资源、环境、经济和社会方面对区域循环经济的发展水平做了综合评价。 |

| Abstract: | Based on ecological economics theory,according to theoretical connotation,principle and major object of circular economy,the evaluation index system of regional circular economy development was constructed.By means of entropy concept of information engineering,using entropy method to determine index weight,the development level of regional circular economy was synthetically evaluated from the aspects of resource,environment,economy and society. |
