摘    要:对 43个杏品种进行RAPD扩增 ,根据相似系数进行UPGMA法聚类 ,结果发现 ,品种间表现出较强的地理分布集中性 ,也有广泛遗传信息交流。个别古老品种地缘关系很近 ,却与其他当地品种差距很大 ,可能是其基因较为原始保守所致。

Abstract:apricot cultivars were amplified by using RAPD.According to UPGMA cluster method using simmilarity coefficents,we found that the cultivars in a group were related to their geography distribution probably.We also observed that there were widely genetic information exchange.Still a few cultivars,which were very close in geographic sites,showed greater genetic variation.Their genes might be primitive and conservative.
