应用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验快速检测饲料中的沙门氏菌

选用硝酸纤维素（NC）膜作固相载体，建立检测沙门氏菌的斑点酶联免疫吸附试验诊断方法，检测成品饲料100份，对沙门氏菌的最低检出量为400个／mL，沙门氏菌阳性检出率43．00％（43／100），常规分离培养阳性检出率为38．00％（38／100），两者符合率为83．72％，差异不显著（P＞0．05）。试验表明该方法简便、特异、快速、结果直观，便于在基层推广使用。

Checking Salmonella in Animal Feed by Dot-ELISA

A Dot-enzyme linked immunosorbentassay was successfully developed by using nitrocellulose membrane as solid carrier,100 anim alfeeds were checked,the results showed thatthe m inim um was 400 salm onella/m L,and the positive rate ofsalm onella was 43.00%(43/ 100).the positive rate was 38.00%(38/100) identified by the technology of routine isolation and culture.positive coincidence rate of both m ethods was 83.72% and there was no significantdifference(P>0.05).the trialindicated thatthis m ethod was sim ple,special,quick,directand easy extention and application atprim ary level.
