| 摘 要： | 川西北牧区目前出现生产力下降、水土流失、沙漠化等严重退化现象,生态整治已势在必行。因此应坚持可持续发展、草畜综合治理的原则,调整畜群结构,加强草原法制管理,切实加强组织协调,加大资金和科技投入力度,对川西北草地生态环境进行综合整治。
